The care was very good. The only problem was that nobody explained to me about the bed controls and as I have not been in hospital for a while.
Staff are excellent, very caring and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble.
Was told what was happening all the way. Very helpful and friendly staff at all levels.
I cannot fault anything and feel very happy with the way things are organized.
Thank you all.
I was treated with respect and dignity . The medical staff were very professional and
Imformative. Also the catering and auxiliary staff were very helpful and friendly.I have no complaints at all. All in all the operation for my replacement hip joint appeared to
be successful. Many thanks.
On arrival at the hospital all of the reception staff/administrative staff were very welcoming and helpful.
I was seen on time by Dr Brown who was accompanied by a nurse. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was very informative with regards to my back and offered me advice and support to improve my symptoms.
Overall I had a very good experience at this clean and welcoming hospital.
Thank You
